Steve Zoumberakis Owner-President Eagle Industrial Painting

Eagle Industrial Painting was organized in April 30th, 2013. I have a talented team of colleagues behind me. I truly believe if you guide people in the right direction they can do wonders. The people I chose, as my colleagues, have been hand selected and know their business better than anyone else in the field.

We have approval to perform structural/industrial steel painting in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, West Virginia, and Kentucky. My personal and I are determined to succeed; losing is not apart of our vocabulary.

Biography

With only $3.00 in my pocket I came to America, arriving in Cleveland, Ohio on Dec. 14 1969. I was a young man full of ambitions and goals. Knowing America was the land of opportunity, I knew I needed to move and become a part of it. I needed to live and breath it, and was thankful for it. After working at a series of places in the first year, I began working in a machine shop in December of 1970. Rising through the company at a fast rate, I saw an opportunity to start my own business. With a rough understanding of the English language, no college, and 2 years of high school, I was willing to work and better myself no matter what I had to do and that was a trait that would make me strive.

One June 1st, 1978 with a $8000.00 investment I opened Quality Mold June. Even with the economic downturn and the rise of Korea, later China and India, the company grew. I turned to technology and new ideas to be able to compete. It was impossible to match their low wages. But it was possible to compete in the global economy if you had ambition, a drive, and the mentality that failure is not an option.

When companies were running to the banks to collect and sell, I was running to borrow and spend. I used this money to invest in new operating locations, update technology and machinery, and reform our infrastructure.

By being honest, trustworthy, and servicing our customers with the best quality, Quality Mold was able to not only compete, but beat the competition overseas.
Throughout the years I was able to turn Quality Mold into the largest tire mold manufacturer in North America, South America, and Europe, owning five operations in the United States, one in Mexico, Brazil, and Slovakia and doing business with over 36 countries.

On January 29th 2012 I sold Quality Mold ready to retire. In less than one year another business opportunity arisen, structural/industrial steel painting. My retirement was put on hold after much research and still having the ambitions and goals that I had when first arriving to this land of opportunities.
